Hi, my name is Pat. I live in Albuquerque, NM and I’m a writer/photographer/amateur radio operator/geek. Savannah Scott is my nom de plume.
I’ve lived in Albuquerque most of my life. I’ve had a varied career at a number of places. I’ve been writing since I was ten years old. I studied piano for six years, voice for four years. I was part of an ensemble of young people who appeared on a weekly television show in the Fifties, I’ve performed with groups such as Albuquerque Civic Light Opera, Old Town Studio, Albuquerque Childrens’ Theater, The Vortex, and Classics Theater Company. I sang in a barbershop chorus for five years and performed with a quartet for six years. My working life spans time as a stenographer at the telephone company and the FBI; a secretary and administrative assistant at two hospitals; managing administrative staff at a savings and loan; installing phone systems at a bank; and I was president of my own computer company and the CEO of the corporation which owned it. Now I’m retired and an active amateur radio operator, photographer and I’ve written my first mystery novel and started on the next in the series. In between, I write about humorous episodes from my family’s past and things that get my juices going.

Such a cute-n-sassy picture! I love this one!!!
Oh… by the way, I put a link on my blog to go vote for my lightning photo I entered into that photo contest. Don’t forget to vote (like a mom could forget such a thing! Ha!)
